    Operational principle

    The single cone vacuum dryer is mainly composed of driving system, motor reducer, frame, bearings, conical cylinder (with jacket), stirring screw belt, sampling valve, packing seal and other components. The equipment adopts a direct connection between the motor reducer and the mixing screw belt, with variable frequency speed regulation and a speed of 0-20rpm. The screw belt and the mixing shaft are welded in a specific mold to ensure even clearance between the screw belt and the barrel wall, ensuring the stability of the operation process; Flexible graphite packing is used to seal between the mixing shaft and the head, effectively preventing the entry of external impurities. For example, nitrogen is heated through a preset tube and blown into the material from around the bottom valve, which can break the balance between solid and gas phases, protect the material, change the movement trajectory of the material, evenly distribute the material temperature, prevent combustion and explosion, and eliminate dead corners at the bottom. The gas permeation device can set the gas permeation time and interval, which can further improve the drying efficiency and effectiveness of materials.
